Here at Felix, our bar staff strives for perfection, beauty & balance, creating each cocktail with care & precision to bring you a truly unique experience.

 

We share our chef’s commitment to highlighting seasonal flavors & working with local farms. Our cocktail & beer lists are constantly evolving, using only the freshest ingredients. We squeeze our juices in-house daily & source herbs and produce form local farmer’s markets for use in all of our house-made cocktail ingredients.

 

We are also united with the kitchen in our commitment to classical French flavors & techniques. Our cocktails focus on traditional French ingredients such as absinthe, cognac and an impressive array of French cordials, apértifis & digestifs. With this in mind, in addition to offering many time-honored French cocktails, we also continually experiment to bring you innovative house creations.
